Customer Strategy Day at Intelligent Retail
On Thursday 15th March 2018 Intelligent Retail in Newbury held a Customer Strategy Day event, where we welcomed a selection of customers to our office to discuss strategies to push forward online business.
The day began with a working breakfast, where we were able to chat to our customers, discuss current marketing strategies and what we as a company have planned for the future.
Following on from this were a series of presentations from Steve Taylor (MD) of Fab Frocks and Deborah Kingsley (MD) of KPC Creative Communication. Speaking from Intelligent Retail were Helen Vaughan (MD) and David Fairhurst (Head of eCommerce).
Steve kicked off the day with a run-down of what he had done to push forward eCommerce with the use of an Intelligent Retail responsive website, social media and the use of CoSchedule, with Deborah following with marketing strategy and details of what to focus on to get the best return from marketing effort.
Following on from this David from our eCommerce marketing team ran through the Analytics results of Steve’s online strategy, with an insight into demographics and trends to look out for.
At the end of the event customers had the opportunity to put a face to the people they work with on a regular basis and meet the staff behind Intelligent Retail who help their online business thrive.
The day was successful for all involved and we here at Intelligent Retail have come away with a greater understanding of what our customers want and need.
