The West Berkshire Training Consortium (WBTC) Rising Stars Apprentice Graduation & Awards took place last Wednesday 25th April 2018 and we are delighted to say that Intelligent Retail were selected as finalists for the ‘WBTC Rising Stars Awards – Medium Employer of the Year’ category. We are also pleased to announce that our very own Bethany Privett, who started her apprenticeship at Intelligent Retail in September 2016 through WBTC, graduated on the 25th April 2018 in Level 2 Business Administration.

Our Apprenticeship Programme with WBTC

We work with WBTC to provide apprentices with the opportunity to combine high quality training and valuable experience in a working environment. This allows them to work with Intelligent Retail for 4 days a week and gives them 1 day in training.

We are excited to be a part of a programme that offers recruitment opportunities to upcoming talented apprentices and helps them through their journey to graduating in a subject of their choice. Currently, we have several apprentices employed as part of our team and we hope to work with many more apprentices like Bethany Privett in the future.
