Our knowledgeable in-house eCommerce team can be on hand to make the website changes that you require - in an SEO and user friendly way. From seasonal banner changes to promoting new products, simply let us know what you need doing.
The Website Maintenance Service covers a whole range of updates and changes that we can action for you within the monthly time allowance.
Some of the updates and changes include:
- Updating homepage banners, text overlay, and links
- Creating static pages for events or services
- Updating existing static pages e.g. delivery info
- Updating notification bars
- Updating sales messages
- Temporarily hiding / unhiding categories from navigation e.g. Christmas
- Updating opening hours or contact details
- Adding custom h1 titles to categories
- Adding additional product tabs e.g. size guides
- Adding YouTube videos to products
- Creating or updating indicator images
- and much more...
Time allowance of up to 2.5hrs per month for the team to be on hand to make changes and updates to the website.
If you don't have any changes that you would like us to make in a particular month, then we’ll scan through the website looking for further improvements and recommendations.
And, if you find you need more time - just ask for a top up!

Delivery
Delivery cut-off times
Please note: We process all orders on Tuesdays. Orders placed before 4pm on Tuesdays will be despatched within 24 hrs. All orders placed after 4pm on Tuesday will be processed the following Tuesday.
*Free UK Delivery (Tracked 48 Hours) on orders over £120 - except some specific items, certain combined orders, large parcels or 'enquiry only' items - please contact us for a quote.
Orders under £120 to UK are priced as follows:

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
Delivery is charged as priced on each order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
We will only deliver goods to the address in the order.
If you are placing your order from outside of the UK, please contact us for delivery costs.
