Card Shack was opened independently by 28-year-old, Michelle from Bristol who could see a gap in the market for quirky greeting cards, gifts and Bristol based artists. With Bristol city centre being very busy, this was the perfect location for the inspiring shop.

Card Shack is the home to the best greeting cards in the southwest and has sold over 27,000 cards in the first year.

Card Shack have a store in Bristol and one of our responsive eCommerce websites where people can buy greeting cards for any occasion, gifts, balloons and party supplies. Card Shack also offer a gift wrapping service and a handwritten message service that allows people to send a personalised message with their order.

The Challenge

When Card Shack joined Intelligent Retail back in 2018, they were initially using Connect our EPoS system in their brick-and-mortar store in Bristol. In 2020, they expanded their business online, but this growth, however, came with a challenge: managing both in-store and online orders effectively.

Stock Control
