The Fine Wine Company is specialist independent retailer stocking high quality wine and spirits and was founded in 2003. As well as a thriving internet business the company also has two retail stores in Edinburgh and Musselburgh.The business is focussed on offering quality, interesting wines and down to earth advice with a friendly and helpful service...all the things you would expect from your favourite independent wine merchant.

As the business has grown they have been able to access more and more of the difficult to find wines from producers that are too small to show up on the radar of larger retailers and have been able to reward their loyal customers with some new treasures from the wine industry. The Fine Wine Company switched to Intelligent Retail in the summer of 2012 leaving behind an out-dated EPoS solution that really wasn’t geared up to complexities of selling in a competitive multichannel world. The business needed an integrated retail solution that could bring together all their sales channels together in one place, giving them centralised stock control that would allow them to list more products in additional sales channels, increasing their sales and improving the revenue of the business.
